Elite Training is built for tournament players who need more than casual court time. Players develop tennis skills, movement, competitive habits, and match confidence inside a consistent academy environment.

Camp training rhythm

The academy block runs Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Reflection and warm-up time begins before on-court training.

Daily reflection

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Meditation and stretching before training. Players may arrive 15 minutes early to warm up.

On-court development

Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Consistency, timing, endurance, technical development, and tactical themes based on the day.

Agility and conditioning

Monday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Movement patterns, speed, footwork ladders, balance, and core activation.

Private lessons

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Private lessons are based on foundation and coach availability.

Fall 2026 / Spring 2027

Weekday development that fits the school-year schedule.

Players can choose a one- or two-day weekly package, with on-court development available Monday through Thursday.

Who is the Camp program for?

The program is for tournament players who are ready for a structured academy environment with technical training, athletic development, and competitive standards.

What does each academy day include?

Each Monday-through-Thursday session connects on-court development with agility, conditioning, and coach-led tactical themes from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
