Make-ups must be completed during the same program session and are subject to space in an appropriate class. Availability is not guaranteed.

Make-Up Policy
CAF will make every reasonable effort to help with a missed class. Make-ups depend on space and must be confirmed before the player attends.
Request a make-up
Send one email with the details CAF needs.
Email the support team after a missed class. Include each item below so CAF can check the correct session and respond quickly.

- Registered class or program
- Date of the missed class

Please allow up to 24 hours for a confirmed response. A request is not approved until CAF confirms it.

What to expect after a class is missed
Changes and no-shows
Give CAF at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a confirmed make-up. A missed make-up without notice is a no-show and cannot be rescheduled again.
Weather cancellations
If CAF cancels for weather, a program credit will be issued. No credit is given when more than half of the class has already been completed.
Cancellation and refund policy
Missed classes are not refundable.
CAF does not issue refunds when a player misses a class. An approved make-up is the available remedy and remains subject to the rules above.
Credits issued when CAF cancels a full class do not expire and may be applied to a future CAF program or court rental. A class canceled for low enrollment, or a cancellation requested before a session begins, may be reviewed separately for a refund.
